Karonsar has designed & manufactured plenty of expansion joints in different verities since 1995. Our Expansion joint products cover a wide range of; 1 inch to 200 inches and pressures from full vacuum to 100 barg (depending the diameter of the pipe). Karonsar manufactures; single ply, multiply, reinforcing & equalizing ring`s bellows. Our designing program is based on the latest edition of EJMA standard accompanied with F.E.A (Finite Element Analysis), and 3D modeling computer program to study and analyze the real performance of the expansion joints as well as their supporting & restraining attachments and component clearances.
